Puppies
All the dogs in my breeding program are CKC registered have heart clearances, OFA hip & elbow clearances, and have their eyes cleared annually by a board certified ophthalmologist. Puppies are placed in homes where they are to be a part of the family. Temperament is of utmost importance and the hallmark of the breed. I strive for a gentle friendly and easy going dog but they are an active breed and do require regular exercise. If your lifestyle is such that this would not be possible (exercise) or this is not what you want then it is not a suitable breed for you. My puppies must be able to live on the house and be part of the family. They are a social dog and like to be in the middle of everything. Golden retrievers are not happy if they have to be left outside all the time. They do shed so if hair is a concern this is not the breed to own. All puppies sold to pet homes as companions must be spayed or neutered as is stated on the contract.
